Basal Metabolic rate and weight loss? - metabolic weight loss
I would like to know if I eat below my BMR and movement pounds more fat than if you simply eat less, than lose my BMR (1900). My goal for ABS, but hopefully in 2 months or less. I go to the gym about 4 to 5 times per week, but most often, simple and B-play ball. I would like to devote myself to the bike, level and treadmill for a few weeks when they show you the results.
To help someone ... I searched and read, and everyone says that you eat to burn less than 500 or less per day to 500 to see the change ... 500 less than what? Your BMR, or what I want .. I could eat on the day in 5000 and burn 500, but it used to losing me.

BMR is a kind of a legendary series. Who should be the number of calories per day, you will need to exist. Food is fuel. Doing more with less physical activity (eg exercise!) Needs more fuel. If you are a complete couch potato's, BMR is largely irrelevant.
Fat is the shape of the body to store excess fuel. Eat less, exercise more, or both, whatever. If you have less of what you need to be spending the day, your body is stored in the fat to push up the difference.
I have no idea what my BMR is not important because I never sit still for a day. Based on my triathlon training to lose weight a little less than 3500 calories per day.
Good question. u have to first understand what is actually used TMB. Your BMR is used to reduce the amount of calories your body needs to maintain the current level of function to be calculated. in a clinical setting, we also add an activity, and sometimes injury factor to determine total calorie needs. Hazard w / eat less than your basal metabolic rate is that your body will adjust to the fewer calories you cling to anything and is actually cons can adapt more productive to weight loss.
Is yes, let's say your BMR, 1900, she said. It does not hurt you do not worry, but we say your BMR times the activity factor of 1.2 to be multiplied, to activities that allow you described. 1900 x 1.2 = 2280, which is about the same number of calories you need to keep your weight. If you eat you BMR is the only way consumption has reduced from 380 calories. If you increase your physical activity by 120 calories that you've reached the magical deficit of 500 calories and should expect to see weight loss of about 1 pound of fat per week.
andEAH, I know that helps a long technical answer, but I hope so.
